What statement does the film Forrest Gump make about violence in American history?

How many assassinations are shown/featured during the film?

What other violent acts occur during the film?

|||Here's the way to find out:

Rent the film.

Count the number of killings shown.

Count the number of "other violent acts" shown. Be sure you know what qualifies as a violent act. Does that include Forrest being chased by a speeding pickup? Lt. Dan throwing whiskey bottles at people?

No one can tell you these numbers. No one has the movie THAT memorized. The person above me misses quite a few as proof.

YOU have do do the work yourself.

Hence the term - homeWORK.

You'll hear the quote you want around the JFK - King - Bobby Kennedy footage.|||robert kennedy and john f kennedy

john lennon

the vietnam war

the black panther movement

|||The only thing I really remember about the film is that Jenny was a whore, and there are LOTS of ways to prepare shrimp.
