How to compress a video file and create more than 1 film in a single dvd?

In case one video file is around 4 GB and i have more than one of this kind, how to create a single dvd with 2 or more films? Is there any free software for this? Can i do compress this video file and create a dvd with more than one film?|||you didn't told whether u want to play that dvd in comp or dvd player

and then write dvd as data disc
