What was the first film that you remember having watched as a kid ?

Was it black and white ? or colored ? Do you remember who wa the actor or actress starring in this film ? What impression did this film leave on you ?|||My Neighbor Totoro (A Tonari no Totoro). I think that was when I fell in love with cats because I thought maybe a huge cat spirit would come take me away in the night to go flying over the city lol! The movie is still amazing though it has since been remastered and the horrible Fanning sisters redid the voices.|||I remember watching Frankenstein when I was about seven, it was in black and white and the actor who played the monster was Boris Karloff.


In the film everybody was scared of the monster and the people in the village killed him at the end because he threw a little girl in the lake.


I thought the film was really sad because the monster was just trying to play with the girl and wouldn't really hurt her.


So I suppose the impression I got was that looks can be decieving and not all monsters are bad.|||The Little Mermaid.


Basically all animated Disney movies(All princesses, Hunchback of Notre Dame, Bambi, the Lion King, Tarzan, The Jungle Book)

I remember Dakota Fanning from War of Worlds because it was seriously the scariest movie I've ever seen...still is.
