Does 300 instant polaroid film work in a sx70 polaroid camera?

Since sx70 film is no longer in production, I was wondering if the 300 film would work fine.|||Sx-70 is part of the impossible project, here's my standard film answer:

Polaroid film

Polaroid stopped making these films in 2006 or so. What's left of the original polaroid production is fetching ever increasing prices. $40 per pack (10 photographs) is not at all unusual, I've seen them go for $160 for a triple pack (30 exposures). All polaroid stock is now expired which means that colors may not be what you'd expect and pretty soon we'll see battery problems as well (with the 600 series the battery is in the film pack)

Places to look for old film, ebay and amazon.

Now in the Netherlands a group of ex employees have bought an old polaroid factory and are making film again. It's not perfect yet since they need to do some reverse engineering but they are making progress. Their webshop is here: http://shop.the-impossible-project.com/s鈥?/a>

Yes, being trendy/retro/fashionable comes at a price.|||Nope. They are a different size.
