What film is compatible with a spectra polaroid?

It's a spectra AF and I was wondering if fujifilm was compatible with it.

It's obviously an instant camera, what films are compatible with it?

Do you have any links to cheap film?

Oh and what exactly is expired film? Is it still in good condition?|||Here is the link to all the fresh film designed to work with Polaroid cameras.

As you can see, there is no film available for the Spectra at this time, cheap or expensive

The expired film is just what it says, it is past the date that film is guaranteed to perform to its factory specifications. Other than colour shifts, expired batteries can be problematic. Except for ColorShot, ISO 640, color (designed for use with ColorShot Printer) all the spectra film packs carry the battery necessary to power the camera and processing rollers

Your camera could take the following Polaroid films: Spectra, 990 (the "professional" version of Spectra film -basically it was just sold in bulk to businesses such as insurance companies), Image (European version of Spectra), 1200 (it had 12 pics instead of 10 in the cartridge) and Grid Film (has a pre-exposed grid pattern on the film, was typically used in the medical or law enforcement fields).

Please note that these films were discontinued a few yrs ago. You might be able to still use outdated film, however keep in mind that the battery that powers the camera is built into the film pack, and/or the developer can dry up (you'd get this yucky brown color in the areas where the chemicals didn't reach). Nobody else other than Polaroid made the film, but I just checked out The Impossible Project's website, and they've revived this format (yay!):

Good luck!|||with a polaroid you can't use film. You need to use the cartidges, which are crazy expensive.
