The film inside of my camera snapped while taking pictures! Can it still be saved?

I opened up my camera after I had gone past 28 exposures (on a 24 exp roll) to discover my film had snapped after taking a full roll of pictures. In complete darkness, I took it out of the camera and rolled it up. Do you think it's able to be saved and would a generic place like Walgreen's still take it despite its conditions? Thanks!|||If it has been in total darkness since the one opening of the back there may still be images salvageable. Be sure to tell the tech at the lab that the film is out of the cartridge and is broken. It will probably have to be run in two pieces. They will need to put in in a dark box with the film magazine to load it. A few frames will probably have to be sacrificed for taping the leader. But there may be some frames saved. Good luck.|||where is it now? is it in a black canister? it's possible.

Good news is, wal-greens will develop negatives and if it doesn't turn out they won't charge you for it.|||It's probably exposed if there was full contact with light. Film snapping isn't a problem though.
